The Farm Yard

During the festive season our farm will be transformed and full of Christmas cheer. Visit the Birchfield animals in the barn and get Christmas craft crazy in the craft room. Post your Christmas letters to Father Christmas in our post room Make magical reindeer food ready for putting out on Christmas Eve. Our bouncy castles and construction play area will be available too.

The farm will be open only for visitors who are booked on our magical Christmas experience (bookable online only). If you are booked on to visit Father Christmas then please allow plenty of time to make your Christmas crafts and visit the animals.

If you are visiting father Christmas at a later time slot, then we suggest arriving earlier to make the most of the experience and use all the facilities before your sleigh ride to Father Christmas.

FAQs

Should I arrive early for my booking slot?
If you would like to visit the farm and take part in the activities then please do arrive early. However, if you wish to visit Father Christmas first then arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to check in with Mother Christmas. If you are travelling from further away, please allow plenty of time for your journey as if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee how long you would have to wait for us to be able to squeeze you in. For example, the time you have booked online e.g. 10.30am then this is the time that Buddy the Elf will collect you from the sleigh pick up point.

What else can we do on our visit?
You can visit the farm animals, bouncy castle, construction play area, Christmas craft and reindeer food making.

Will the cafe be open?
The cafe will be open during our Christmas experience serving hot and cold food, drinks, Ice creams, waffles and cakes.

Can I take pictures?
You are more than welcome to take photos throughout your visit, there will be lots of photo opportunity throughout.

What if I can't find my confirmation letter?
No worries, Just bring with you your PayPal receipt and your booking name.

Is this a group experience?
No this is a personal visit where just your family take the sleigh ride down to meet Father Christmas.

Can I bring dog?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs into the farm and cafe. They are welcome on the grassed area where the outdoor picnic benches are situated.(Guide and service dogs are permitted).
