Farmers markets have really taken off in the last few years. Birchfield regularly attends the following markets:

Otley - Last Sunday in the Month
Harrogate - Second Thursday of the Month
Knaresborough - Starting Summer 2008

where they offer for sale their own Ice Cream in a wide selection of flavours available in containers of various sizes or cornets to eat straight away! Traditional Farmhouse Butters in arange of flavours including garlic, minted and extra crunchy (sea salt) - all of which is made by themselves at home on their farm in Summerbridge.
